Our company places a high priority on employee well-being and work-life balance, and we continue to implement a variety of employee welfare initiatives to enhance employee happiness and job satisfaction.

Compensation and Benefits
     The Company provides a market-competitive compensation and benefits system and, through its Employee Welfare Committee, implements a wide range of employee welfare initiatives to support employee well-being and promote a positive workplace.

  • Bonuses & Employee Gifts: Year-end bonus (subject to the Company's operating performance), bonuses or gifts for the three major traditional festivals (Lunar New Year, Dragon Boat Festival, and Mid-Autumn Festival), as well as birthday cash gifts and refreshments.

Employee Engagement Activities

      We place great importance on the physical and mental well-being of our employees and on team cohesion. Through a variety of employee engagement activities, we promote cross-departmental interaction and organizational cohesion, fostering a positive work environment that instills a sense of belonging.

We regularly organizes employee outings to encourage staff to relax and unwind outside of work, foster closer relationships among colleagues, and enhance teamwork and cohesion through group activities.

      In addition, each department organizes social gatherings based on actual needs to strengthen internal communication and foster an open and harmonious work environment.

The annual year-end party is one of the company’s most important events of the year. In addition to recognizing employees’ hard work and contributions over the past year, it also promotes interaction among all employees and fosters a sense of corporate culture through a variety of entertainment and interactive activities.

     In the future, Juoku will continue to organize diverse and meaningful employee activities to strengthen employee welfare, enhance organizational cohesion, and achieve the goal of sustainable development through the mutual growth of the company and its employees.

      We have established diverse communication channels, hold regular employee meetings, and maintain a feedback mechanism to foster positive interaction between the company and its employees.

Employee Satisfaction Survey

     We conduct annual employee satisfaction surveys to collect feedback on corporate management, organizational practices, and the workplace environment. Insights gained from these surveys are used to drive continuous improvement and refine our human capital strategies, fostering higher employee engagement, stronger organizational commitment, and sustainable business performance.    

     This survey employs a systematic questionnaire design covering six key dimensions: “Corporate Culture,” “Job Responsibilities,” “Learning and Development,” “Compensation and Benefits,” “Supervisory Leadership and Management,” and “Colleague Relationships.” It incorporates employee engagement metrics for a comprehensive assessment and, through regular review and improvement mechanisms, is committed to creating a safe, respectful, and growth-oriented work environment to achieve the sustainable goal of mutual prosperity for both the company and its employees.

Results Overall employee satisfaction remained largely unchanged from 2024, with a slight decrease of 0.1%.
The area with the lowest satisfaction was compensation and benefits, while the area with the highest satisfaction was managerial leadership.
Improvement Plan To enhance employee recognition of the compensation and benefits system, we will continue to implement "retention incentives" under performance-oriented principles and expand the scope of "technical allowances" to strengthen the retention of key technical personnel. Concurrently, the Company will advance key talent cultivation mechanisms and, while balancing operational performance with cost control, dynamically optimize the compensation system to boost overall compensation competitiveness and employee retention.

Regulations on the Protection of Personal Information

To establish a sound personal data protection management system and ensure that the collection, processing, use, and international transfer of personal data during the course of operations comply with the Personal Data Protection Act and relevant laws and regulations, We have established these “Personal Data Protection Management Regulations” (hereinafter referred to as these Regulations) to serve as a guideline for all personnel and relevant partners to follow.

These Regulations establish a systematic management framework for personal data to prevent its improper use, disclosure, or infringement, strengthen information security and internal control systems, safeguard the privacy rights of customers and stakeholders, and enhance the transparency and credibility of corporate governance.
