Employee Profile

     Juoku adheres to the principles of equal employment and diversity and inclusion. Throughout the recruitment, hiring, and development processes, we do not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, age, religion, nationality, or political views, and is committed to creating a friendly, respectful, and growth-oriented work environment.

     As we entered 2026, we had a total workforce of 513 employees. The overall workforce structure remained stable and aligned with our operational and development needs. The workforce spans diverse professional fields, including production, engineering, research and development, and management, and we continue to strengthen its organizational competitiveness through talent development and internal promotion mechanisms.

     Furthermore, we place a high priority on employee rights and workplace safety. In addition to providing comprehensive working conditions and benefits in accordance with the law, we also enhance employee satisfaction and loyalty through ongoing training, employee welfare programs, and communication channels, thereby fostering a stable work environment with strong potential for growth.

     Going forward, Juoku will continue to optimize its human resources management system, aligning it with our sustainable development strategy to attract and retain top talent, and move toward the goal of mutual growth for both our company and its employees.

Education and Training

    we have established a comprehensive education and training system that provides new employee orientation, professional skills training, and management courses to continuously enhance our employees’ capabilities.
    We are committed to building a comprehensive talent development system and view our employees as vital assets to our sustainable operations. Through a systematic and diverse education and training system, we continuously enhance our employees’ professional capabilities and career development potential.

Ministry of Labor TTQS Bronze Certification

     Juoku places great emphasis on talent development and organizational sustainability. We have implemented the TTQS Talent Development Quality Management System and obtained Bronze Certification for the Corporate Edition in November 2024, demonstrating that our talent development system, training planning, and implementation have reached a certain level of maturity and quality. This certification not only recognizes the results of our long-term commitment to talent development but also lays a solid foundation for the promotion of future education and training initiatives and the integration of related resources.

     We continue to closely align talent development with its business strategy. Through a systematic training program and diverse learning mechanisms, it enhances employees’ professional competencies and learning outcomes while strengthening the organization’s human capital. Moving forward, we will continue to improve the quality of its training and development mechanisms, promote employees’ career growth and the cultivation of key talent, and create a forward-looking and sustainably competitive talent development environment to support the achievement of our long-term operational and growth objectives.

Performance Management

     We use a fair and transparent performance evaluation system as the basis for employee development and salary adjustments, with the aim of motivating employees to continuously improve their job performance.
