Organizational Structure of the Sustainable Development Committee & Task Force
Juoku has established a “Sustainability Task Force.” We have adopted a “cross-departmental, specialized division of labor” model, with each task force assigned a dedicated lead to ensure that every sustainability issue is handled by a specialized professional and continuously monitored.
Five Key Task Forces and Implementation Focuses:
- Environmental Sustainability: Focuses on climate change mitigation, energy and resource management, and green product design. We are committed to reducing our carbon footprint and integrating circular economy principles into our core manufacturing processes.
- Social Engagement: Actively champions employee social care and occupational health and safety. Guided by a "people-centric" philosophy, we strive to build a safe, equitable, and supportive workplace.
- Corporate Governance: Enhance operational transparency, communication with stakeholders, and information security management. Ensure that the company’s operations strictly comply with regulations and business ethics.
- Risk Management: Establish early-warning mechanisms for supply chain stability and production risk control (quality assurance, procurement, and production planning) to ensure the company’s operational resilience in a volatile environment.
- Financial Accounting: Responsible for financial impact assessments and climate-related financial disclosures, ensuring that resource allocation aligns with long-term sustainability goals and investor expectations.
